Pumpkin Mac & Cheese

This recipe follows the general rule for mac & cheese of making a roux based sauce, adding cheese and then pouring that cheesy goodness over your favorite noodles or vegetable (as is the case with the Keto variation). Bonus time saving feature of this recipe is the use of gluten free pasta which doesn’t need to be cooked prior to adding the sauce for baking!
