Yes, Organizing Is What We Love To Do!

There is this huge myth out there that organizers are perfect. Do not fear, we are not perfect people or even perfectly organized in every aspect of our lives. We celebrate the things that make us each unique and incredible and we believe an excellent life can take many forms.

A little about us… We are fun, personable, and professional organizers that bring heart and thoughtfulness to every project. We value the trust clients give us when they invite us into their lives and personal spaces. We enjoy organizing challenges and we don’t judge. Each client has their own ideals around Ease, Efficiency, Elegance, and Enjoyment (the MLE’s). It’s this customization that we love in organization. Whether it’s settling into a home after a lengthy remodel or reconfiguring a single closet, we love helping people get organized. And we want to help you love being organized too!

Emily Anderson founded MLE after relocating to San Francisco from Philadelphia with her husband in 2016. She founded the company to help Make Life Easy for others after assisting her own family and friends through busy life transitions.

Emily Anderson

One of 5 daughters of an interior design and home building team, Emily was exposed to the challenges and triumphs of homes under construction and families in transition from an early age. Later she pursued degrees in Family and Consumer Sciences Education and Culinary Arts. With this well rounded and specific background, she has the most relevant higher education in the organizing industry. Emily is the current President of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals, San Francisco Bay Area Chapter. Emily lives in San Francisco with her husband and a few houseplants. When not organizing, she makes life enjoyable with live music, cooking for friends, camping, and staying active.

Administrative Assistant

Elizabeth Backler

Elizabeth is new to the organization world. As a professional carpenter and soon-to-be mother, she is enjoying a work environment that allows her to work behind the scenes. Elizabeth enjoys living an active lifestyle that includes cycling, hiking, and running half marathons. Elizabeth makes life enjoyable by spending time with her husband and two dogs, gardening, and renovating her home.

Emily offers all the efficiency and smart problem solving you’d expect from an organizer, perfectly balanced with good listening and a peaceful, calming energy.  She’s a breath of fresh air. I had a wonderful experience – and my office is functional again!
