Sautéed Apple Oatmeal Porridge

Sauteed apple oatmeal porridge

This rich satisfying oatmeal recipe has a serving of fruit, and 21 grams of protein! It’s great to make double batches with and put in the fridge when you want a better instant oatmeal.

If you’d like to see a fun video of Emily Anderson making this recipe with her friend Kelly Vorves, here’s a YouTube link to their Zoom call. It’s not edited so you can gather your ingredients and follow along!!

Ginger-Coconut Cream Kale

We’re San Francisco based, no holiday meal would feel complete without a little kale… This recipe is not too coconutty in flavor, and the fresh ginger perks up the sauce to make it feel especially light. And don’t worry you don’t have to massage it, or any other nonsense. The blanching and sautéeing mean you can get the texture of the kale just right, for your preferred chewing pleasure.
