

This rich satisfying oatmeal recipe has a serving of fruit, and 21 grams of protein! It’s great to make double batches with and put in the fridge when you want a better instant oatmeal.
Chop your apples Add oil to the pan Add chopped apples and sauté till browned and carmelized Add water, vanilla and cinnamon Bring up to a boil Add in your oats and stir Keep stirring until thickened and no longer soupy See the bottom of the pan? It’s not runny. Now you stir in the peanut butter Peanut butter is stirred in. It’s ready to enjoy! Delicious!
